    1. Shipping Locations

    We currently deliver to most pin codes across India. If we are unable to ship to your specific location due to courier restrictions, our team will contact you and issue a full refund.

    2. Order Processing Time

    • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

    • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

    • In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

    3. Delivery Timelines

    Once the order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

    • Within Uttar Pradesh: 3–5 business days.

    • Rest of India: 5–10 business days.

    • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather, strikes, or remote locations.

    4. Shipping Charges

    • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products and the delivery location.

    • Final shipping costs will be displayed at the time of checkout.

    • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (as mentioned on our website/app).

    5. Order Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification (Email/SMS/App notification) containing your Tracking ID and the link to the courier partner’s website to track your shipment in real-time.

    6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

    • If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

    • If the product inside is damaged, please share an unboxing video and photos with our support team within 24 hours of delivery at contact@sreelaxmiagro.com.

    7. Incorrect Shipping Address

    We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order. Any additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
