    1. Returns Eligibility
    You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

    You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

    2. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

    Perishable goods such as fresh seeds or specific fertilizers (unless delivered in a damaged state).

    Customized or personalized orders.

    Items on clearance or marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

    3. Damaged or Wrong Products
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
    Note: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video to help us process your claim faster.

    4. Refund Process
    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking).

    You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.

    5. Shipping Costs
    If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or wrong item), Sree Laxmi Agro will bear the return shipping costs.

    For other returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    6. Order Cancellations
    Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but a return request can be initiated after delivery.
